Gallant Emblems. Need
I need 10 emblems. is there anyway to get emblems without the pvp thing? i know monsters drop them but how high is the drop rate? have any of you guys found a way to get emblems without pvp?

Got like 3 or 4 in an hour yesterday doing quest in future hene during 1x.

Oh its not that hard, go to Temple of Time, and sit at one map and hunt for few hours you should see some monsters cough up the emblem.. now I'm saving up mine for the revamps of the PVP from what I saw on the blogs, all the Bloody sets (LV130 gears) and the Forcewalker sets (LV70 gears) and the Cresent / Rising Sun gears will be all pre-built so cant wait till PvP comes back T-T
I wasn't even looking for them and they dropped.

OT: I can't seem to find much @.@ Its rare, all I can say.
While doing ToT quests, I can get a lot from there. Maybe it's because I use my Spider familiar while there for better drops.
i found 1 at roids training at level 50 there on my phantom
in tot the drop almost as often as pots
Almost anything above level 70 drops them, so check your codex. Find a mob that you can kill easy and spawns nicely, and their drop rates are almost like PoTs. It drops fairly easy but at the same time takes a while. I got about 15 yesterday during the first 2 hours of 2x, but I was on some extra stuff.
