I can't seem to add new players. It says that the character I'm trying to add isn't showing on the official rankings, but when I check; they are.

I think it will work if you delete your character and remake it.
It will fix it.

I sent a ticket, it asked for the name, then they pmd back that the character is not on the site.

Happens to me too. I sent a ticket to them with the warning.
