About Magic Crash

This might sound like a nooby question but I just wanted to clear something up.

I know how Magic Crash works and all but I was just wondering, the skill description states that it "Has a chance to cancel all enemy buffs"; does that mean it would cancel 'cancel atk/.matk' buffs if magic crash was used during it?
