I've been doing a lot of research on what's the song name is, but no luck. I heard it is by a guy named ZUN, but I didn't have much luck finding the song with the artist's name either.

I found out the song I'm actually looking for is "SWR Pre-Battle Theme - Skies Beyond the Clouds". Thanks for providing me with where the song could have came from though .
