Details: i login 10/28/2011 that was last login and got hacked at 10/29/2011 and notice my character was missing,left with 509nx

Cause they spam the ticket inbox and people who are having real problems dont get help. Someone who REALLY got hacked wont be able to get help. see a whole bunch of fake tickets are sent and then nexon's workers attend to those instead of REAL tickets. lmao
