Nx Miracle Circulator inner ability
Hi guys, I've searched, but some of them aren't very useful.
So, I'd like to know if that nx circulator have a chance of dropping from legendary to Unique?
I am planning to get an additional attack, but i dont want to spend NX on an item that could drop to a useless tier.

No. Once you're at Legendary inner ability, you're stuck there.
It sucks because you have to buy those circulators in Cash Shop to change your inner abilities. </3
The good part is that legendary inner ability has the best abilities possible.
You might get lucky and get 50% buff duration, 20% bossing damage, or +30 attack.
