Thanks. I went to henesy, used the rookie exp hair style coupon on my ranger and got it in one try
Technically, it would be NLC since it has the least amount of hairs
- BUT -
it all depends on your chance & luck. You could go to henesys with the most hairs there and get Evan in 1 try.
