Gollux Keys
I went on a gollux run with an extra key I had from yesterday, and I tried talking to the NPC that usually gives keys but she didn't give me any. Is the quest every 24 hours, or does it reset at midnight pst?

Nope, it resets at 12am pst.
The quest resets at midnight pst. Also remember not to talk to the npc when you have 3 keys already in your inventory or she won't give you any for the rest of the day til it resets.
Edit: @above you don't need to use all the keys. You could save until the next day, use them all, then ask for 3 more. Entry count for gollux is 6 times, unless you kill the head.
Since you still have the keys from before i think you have to use them and then she'll give you the keys
