First of all, brohni is the place to be: second of all, i have no idea, i dont ever train anymore. Third of all, start at golems, then gold beach 30+, drakes 50+, rnj 70-140, mpe 100-140, dipq 140-165(-180 if you cant find a sdh party)1, sdh 165-250
