With 1254 attack and 10537 luk I'm at 1.13mil range without the level 200 hyper and lacking 110% total damage.

Soo a lot less than that

phantoms can steal cross surge

@x1mmortality: (1.3)(7000*4+2000)(10)(2.6)=1.014m range
Now if your main is that DB of course you won't get there, cause this is a phantom forum for phantom's that have cross surge
And if you are a phantom ^there you can see that with 160%total damage (priere, cross surge, hyper, and DA's and Kanna's Link) + 7000 luk and around 2000 from dex and str, and 1000 attack you can reach 1m range.

Around 7000 LUK and 1000 attack and be level 200 and have kanna's and DA's link
