BasilMarket Supreme Court

After reading two threads about this guys colat be sold etc. I thought would it not be cool if Basilmarket had its own supreme court where people could present their cases and we could keep an archive of past cases to set precedents? It would be fun and awesome as well as solve people's problems.

Comments or more ideas?

But its like governing a square of dirt. What do you do? You have complete power over nothing

@metaghost4:
Do you know governing a website needs money? What's the use of governing a website when no one is in it?

true but what power would he have? He has nothing to govern. It would be like reddit with no posts whatsoever.

I know I do not but we can still have a petition. Power to the people on a forum. Without people what is the point of a forum so do you not think that we would have some say in what happens or will happens?

mods will automatically go in and blatantly label everything as suspend-able.
really becomes a pain.
Especially in a courtroom.
Calling someone specifically out is insulting, yelling at someone is inciting an argument, provocative statements leads to flame baiting?...
Talking about their actions = attacking them? = smh.
Pretty much a courtroom monitored with cameras.

@metaghost4:
how so his power does not extend to people's cases. The justices etc would only be people who try to solve peoples issues. It would be like a thread except more organized. Mr. B does not even help people who have issues and post threads about them so why can't we take initiative?

make it a democracy? make our judge/jury and petition to Mr. B to add that feature. We are not powerless

Knowing the community, cases will be absurd, comments will get out of hand, and the higher ups will take action and cut it off. (It honestly sounds quite fun though.)

yeah but he does not actually go into people's personal cases that apply to maple such as (is this a scam etc) and solve those. He governs basil as a site itself and its content.
Proof: when was the last time you saw mr.basil comment on a thread?

@NekoChan why would mr.basil delete us for helping others?

I do realize that many people "troll" or make stupid comments for likes but I do believe that there is a good amount of people who are not like that and that when it really comes down to business (well as close as we can get in a game) that people will try to contribute
