Demonslayer

Opinions on this skill build?

Hello Basil.
I'm currently a lvl 155 Demon Slayer.
Here's what I've maxed out so far:
Demon Impact (Maxed) > Barricade Mastery (Maxed) > Dark Metamorphosis (Maxed)
I'm planning to max my skills in this order:
Demon Impact (Maxed) > Barricade Mastery (Maxed) > Dark Metamorphosis (Maxed) > Demon Cry (2) > Boundless Rage (1) > Binding Darkness (1) >anything else available, most likely Maple Warrior if I have the mastery books; if not, going to max Leech Aura or Obsidian Skin.
Everything else, I have 1 SP allocated right now for fun
Impact, Barricade and Meta are the core skills to max early in 4th job, I've decided to max demon cry next for that % exp and % drop rate bonus.
By the time I finish those skills, I will be around the prime bossing levels (165+) and will max Boundless Rage to utilize increased dps with Impact.
Binding Darkness will be maxed next to help with grinding on Stronghold or LHC.
Thoughts?

I see, I guess it boils down to training preferences. But yeah your build sounds pretty solid if youre planning to grind outside lhc

I'm going to max out demon cry before I max out metamorphosis. My reasoning is that the 30% experience boost is going to be incredibly useful for general training. I mean why would I want to hit 35% harder when I have a character who can already 1-shot the monsters I'm training on. (I don't train at LHC very often. I like training on normal monster maps, it's more fun for me also, aw ye dark cornians)
But that's just me.
I'm going >barricade>cry>meta>impact
I figure that maxed cry is going to be hella useful for zaks arms, yanno?

This is true. My preference was to try out the fourth job skills and to have early zakking capabilities so I maxed out Impact first.
Its not really hard to level from 120~150 which lets you max your core skills so its not a big issue what you pick to max out first.

Barricade should be first because it increases the damage of all skills.

You are right on Impact, DMM and Mastery being core. After that, it really comes down to preference. After the core skills I'm planning on maxing Leech Aura and Dark Cry then its going to be between Binding and Boundless. Most likely Binding for more damage increase. After that I will probably work on MW then finish up with Obsidian Skin, concussion is near useless due to no low hp-high mob maps with decent exp for 12x - 200 so that gets maxed last.
