You could try "CyberGhost". Google it. It has a paid and free subscription.
Free / Paid is the same, except the free one is a little slower, and disconnects back to your normal IP after 5 hours, (but you can reconnect instantly). It is very easy to use, download it from their website, open it and change your IP to desired country (e.g; France, Germany, UK).
If you want a Cheap but very fast option, HideMyAss is the best.
But nothing beats CyberGhost when it comes to free VPN.

You can create an account but you can't download the game afaik. I think the "download page" or the download links are blocked for foreign players.
Either way, there are many very good FREE VPNs you can get to play (vpn gives you a european IP)
EMS is GREAT. It's not big but the community is super friendly
