I'd estimate around 1b? 1.3? It might be hard to sell, but I'm not sure. Take price of DSE neb and add a few 100 mil!
Bought a 14 atk in 07 for 300mil. Bout the last I heard of bwgs.
If you're looking to just use it on one character, scroll a DIPQ glove.
I would use it on a link mule though (if I didn't already have them all...)
I would assume <1bil. (only because neb alone is 1bil'ish)
I personally wouldn't pay more than 300-400mil for it. (wasted neb)
I'll explain why.
27 att scrolled, which was amazing pre-bb due to +3 attack each scroll were only available through 10% scrolls and 30% dark scrolls, can easily be obtained now. Spell traces are extremely easy to achieve now, and can give gloves of higher tier +3 attack at 30% success rate (40 or 45% during fever time, forget which one of the two)
Most likely the 27 attack bwg would be used among mules to help train during lower levels, but realistically it won't benefit extreme low levels. The levels where the glove would be viable you can obtain gloves that can be traded freely (Strong machine gloves) or already have attack on them (DIPQ gloves or just any higher level gloves) which then can be scrolled with spell traces.
Now, that is my logic through all of that. However, we're speaking on behalf of Khaini/Broa/Broni/Khroa/Potato... Where people will always just offer regardless of whether you set a low/right/high price. So you're better off getting offers if you're looking to sell one.
