Crusader Codex - Leafre Set
So I'm working on my card sets, and with Leafre I only need HT, Dragon Rider, Dragonoir, and Leviathan.
But was leviathan removed?

Leviathan stopped spawning after the revamp of Silent Crusade, but then this issue was fixed in the last patch, so he spawns now.
Spawning rate is about once every 6~8 hours.

Yes he spawns, he's just in high demand as he drops an etc item required to enter horntail cave.
I have all the sets done but the empress and leafre
I didn't think he was there
Isn't Leviathan in a monster portal?

No, this was fixed for the most part.
Leviathan still doesn't spawn, nor does D.roy.
Coco card is also impossible to get as you get kicked out of the room before you can pick it up, though i personally never saw it drop.
