500m-700m Maybe.
Cheap since now Empress eqps and Fafnir are more accesible because the new drop rate system.
You should've wait until this happens to buy a very cheap Empress weapon and scroll it, but whatever. It happend to me also.
If you're unsure about the price, the best thing to do is set it up for max meso (or an overpriced price) and get / ask offers for it.
