i still cant download maple

so yesterday i had trouble logging on to maple so i redownloaded it. well i deleting my nexon folder and downloaded it again no problem. except when you download it its at v96 so i tried patching it to v104. the patcher right now is either taking its sweet time or it keeps getting stuck at a certain point. ive tried redownloading this patcher over 20 times and every time it stops when it says

[3/3] Creating: Base.wz

anyone know anything about this? im still loading it right now and its still like this after a good 12 hours overnight which it shouldnt be taking that long. i already missed hot time and 2x cuz of this and i dont feel like missing another 2x as well as event time. btw i made this yesterday but none of the suggestions helped. oh i also cant see the characters when i look at the ranking. like the picture of them wont show up and i see a gray square with come stuff in it it if thats somehow related. but i can see my profile and other peoples on the nexon forum and this forum though and i can also see the profile picture of people who liked maple on facebook if thats a clue
