I thought they were all untradeable but I see lvl30 one for 200M? Should I buy it?

Blood mask can't be potentialed I believe. I keep mine for link mules.
no, the purple one is better and it probably cost the same
that's prob better but i was wondering about the rarity of blood mask. never seen one till today
