Eating raw eggs

Is it better to eat raw eggs instead of boiled or omelettes?

Not only is it is health risk, you need to cook the egg in order to free up the biotin (protein) in it.
Otherwise, the biotin will stay bound to the sugar, and you won't get the benefit of that protein if you eat it raw.

EDIT: NINJA'D YO.

I'd rather have it cooked.
True, more protein and whatever. But I doubt you're like so desperate for it that you would risk all that bacteria inside you.. D: <
BESIDES, it tastes so much better when it's cooked
Why not just heat it up...
even microwave it if your too lazy to fry it...
I don't think you know what happens when you microwave an egg.
It literally explodes. I did it once a few years back, when I was like in 3rd or 4th grade and it blew up in my mouth.
Now my tongue has a big freaking cut down the middle of it.

I remember reading something on Basil about dying from eating raw eggs from bacteria or something.
