Help with treadmill
Hi, there's many options on my treadmill and I don't know which one to use.
There's one called "fat blast" which goes at 3 mph, and does various inclinations, so it's like if I'm walking on a continuous cliff. If I use this option, I burn 340 calories an hour, and I never run, only walk.
There's another option called "cardio burn". The treadmill is parallel to the ground (there's 0 degrees on inclination); the speed varies from 2 to 4 mph. It's 2 mph the first and last 2 mins, then varies between 3 and 4 mph ( 4mph= running) but I only burn 260 calories an hour.
So basil, which option should I do, and what's the advantages of each? thanks

AlexStrange: Oh ok thanks So should I use the fat blast option; where the speed is always 3 mph and the inclination varies, and raise the speed time to time?
@AlexStrange:lose weight.
@ToeSheBah:haha I would but theres only cars and pollution here...barely any trees, let alone a forest ;(
Fat blast seems to burn the most calories out of the options you gave. And actual run for 25 minutes, burns about 250 calories, at a pace of roughly 3,200 steps of running.
