If you don't have a shop permit, you'd be better off selling these items to an NPC, as they're extremely easy to obtain and there's [i]very[/i] little demand for them.
Yea im using zero. Ive been to the mirror world temple many times and have never found a shop .-. But thanks though, ive just been stacking them for the longest time
@armin: Are you playing a Zero? Time coins are currency for the shop in the Mirror World temple you can buy scrolls armors and other stuff with them Dimensional Fragments are used for crafting the Gold Label set for Zeros

Dragon weapons are worth 500k for unpopular classes and 1m for popular ones in the fm. Whether that's a lot or not depends on how funded you are

If you're talking about the level 110 armors and weapons
They're worthless, just sell to NPCs or extract it for crystals
