anyone have an answer why there isnt a 99.99 at lv 199
OK LISTEN, i KNOW there isn't a 99.99% at lv 199 and i want to know WHY there isn't.

EDIT: people say it's fixed so that might have been pre-bb stuff......i never knew cuz i don't even have a lv 95 yet xP
