Server Check/ID logged in issue again

So as i was just going to transfer stuff off of my characters onto my Mercedes, i get disconnected (as usual, Nexon REALLY has to fix this. It's not my internet connection, it has no problem what so ever) and when i try to log on to my characters, i get the "Server Check/ID logged in" error message. Just like the ending of November/beginning of December issue with many people. Any help? I hope Nexon has the brains to at least fix THIS bug. >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.< >.<

I submitted a ticket and got this response:

Details: Hello, since Friday 12/16, i've been getting this message saying I'm connected to the server. But when i go onto another account to track my characters, it says I am offline! Please help! I don't want to miss this hot time event!

(12/22/2011 12:04 PM PDT) I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the game. We understand how frustrating this must be and apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

Here are a few suggestions that might resolve your issue:

1) Close any extra applications before starting the game as they may interfere with our game clients. If you do not feel comfortable turning off your firewall or antivirus, we suggest configuring them appropriately to allow the game client to run.

2) Run a Virus/Spyware scan on your system to make sure that it is clean. Malicious programs can interfere with the game and compromise the security of your account.

3) Please make sure that you have DirectX 9.0c or better and that your video card drivers are up to date. More information about direct can be found in our "Game Download" section at Nexon.net/
For nVidia video card drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

For ATI video card drivers: http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

4) Please make sure that Windows is configured to allow the execution of the game client. To verify this, click on your "Start" menu, then click "Control Panel". Select "Performance" and "Maintenance" (if applicable) and then double click on "System". Select the "Advanced" tab and click "Settings" in the "Performance" section. Once there, select the "Data Execution Prevention" tab and make sure that the game client is added if the second option is selected. Also make sure to click "Apply" and "Ok" if you make any changes.

5) If all of the above solutions do not resolve the issue, I suggest that you re-download the game client and then reinstall it. For best results, I recommend that you delete the folder the game is in and any other related files or icons before you reinstall the game. You can download the game client from our "Game Download" Section at www.nexon.net/

This is getting so annoying. 3 f***ing days, c'mon nexon. I just wanna play. Just when school is over, just when Mercedes is out and just when there is coming a good and nice Hot time, this happens? Wth Nexon? And they didnt even answer my ticket...

same here i have 72 hours stuck in ch 11 u.u i thought i was the only one but seems like not anyways i thought nx do sc every week i hop they fix this u.u

All they have to do to temporarily fix it is to shut down the servers for an hour or so. This way, we can do Hot Time, and then they can actually find the problem and fix it later. Everyone is happy. Too bad Nexon is to stupid to realize this.

This is so freaking annoying, look some of us have been offline since sunday 8pm east 5pm pacific. we cant even play mercedes. I have a feeling we will miss the legendary hot time on friday december 23. Another hottime i cant attend. this time they giving out items people actually need.

Yeah, try to send a ticket and if you are lucky you will get an answer, if not, you must wait till the next server check. Ive got the same problem. I hate it >.<

What if a hacker could hack into your email? They could look at any password you've saved at any time. Even if you changed the email address for your account, they'll be able to see it.
