It's with any portal when the glitch happens, tried getting out of RA, trapped until I relogged. Also, the inner ability can be reset with circulators, but the honor exp reset on the other hand is indeed blocked.

Potion pot + pet heal in chaos queen seems to be glitchy and cause some sort of similar problem which causes relogging.
Not sure what your situation is but that potion pot glitch happened to several of my friends.

I only encountered that today from the portal next to Alcaster. I realized after doing it twice that it was indeed the portal causing it.

No it's not you ignorant person. There's an issue that occurs in which people get bugged in the game for doing certain things.

The portal in El Nath next to Alcaster is glitchy, but I think it's fixed if you Quick move to another map like Ardentmill.

I get the glitch as well, but unfortunately I am no help
