Getting good weapons in Ms
I just heard that level 140 is the highest level weapons area, is this true? Also, this might be a nooby question, but where can I get some good 1 handed axes/BW? (Currently level 147). Don't give me answers about Marvel Machine or FM, is there any other way?

FM is really where you get your equips. You can try crafting or doing DRPQ for the items and scroll them with tablets. They aren't good enough to be endgame but they will suffice until you get one.
