Why is this happening?
OK so I made a new account to get the 90% discount and when I tried to buy it said I needed to be over level 30. No biggy, leveled a lumi to 30.
Went in the CS to buy and it still said I needed to be over level 30. so I leveled again.
IT STILL SAYS I NEED TO BE OVER LEVEL 30 WHEN I TRY TO BUY! D:
What am I doing wrong?
