Xenon hearts don't get %boss, but I would recommend those. I'd say rings are still a good idea as are HTP/CHTP/RSP/etc as well

Everyones going to be doing rings so no; you're better off doing:
warrior tops/ bottoms
thief tops/ bottoms
xenon hearts (30% boss ones = good profit)
specs
rac masks
tradeable pends
tyrants

Potential Scrolls reset the potential like a cube.

any tradeable and common equip, such like earrings, capes, belts...
and maybe some untradeable once equipped ones, rings/shoulders
this way you can get the best profit from selling it later..
