max elven blessing is 20% bonus exp
i'm assuming you don't have a 210 mercedes, which would only mean your getting over 5k exp per kill in the first place.
elven blessing works on base exp, it always has.

100k base exp=10/15/20k from elven blessing

100k base during a 2x event -

100k exp base
100k exp exp event exp
10/15/20k exp elven blessing exp

The Bonus line is not suppose to be in Yellow, it's in white colors like the normal exp line you get.

It doesn't stack anymore its been separated so everyone that has 2x active is suppose to say:
+XXX Exp
+Bonus exp XXX Exp

It doesn't add anymore. When you kill one. look down at the bottom left and it will say you killed two.

Nope nothing ....

Check the bonus exp line.

+5000 exp
bonus exp +5000 or something like that.
