One minor note about hacking in PVP

For those of you that are under the impression that you cannot report any player while in PVP, that is not correct. There is a little red button (that looks like a siren) above the right edge of your MP bar. From there, it will ask you to choose between a list of users that are near you on the map. Make sure you choose the right person!

It should also be noted that this method is also useful on PvE maps where the hacker can be seen on the map radar, but is hiding off-screen and out of clicking range.
The button has been there for a while. I guess it's easy to miss, but it is a bit annoying that so many people never knew it was there. Also, for those who say that reporting is useless, it is only as impotent as the Nexon ticketing system. Some reports may be effective almost immediately while others can take weeks/months/years to follow through. Not only that, but for whatever reason, the game allows you to conduct only one in-game report per day.

I won't lie, the system is pretty awful, but all players concerned about the well-being of the game should use that one report when you can. Slowly, but surely, the game will improve because of it.

It only takes one to make case file, and you won't see the results right away because Nexon has a boatload of people that deserve to be banned every month. Goldspammers and hackers are abundant after all. On another note, I played several games where the staff/GMs are even less proactive than Nexon (and yes, that is very much possible!)

That's not what TS is trying to say. He means that a report does SOMETHING there not just completely ingored.
