Hah, I over worked my body. So much pain

Two nights ago I was working out, I was in the best mood of my life and I guess it got to me. I did 100 dumbell curls, 100 dumbell press, and 100 dumbell overhead press.

I got DOMS (Delayed onset Muscle Soreness) WORST PAIN EVER! I can't extend my arms more that 100 degress

I'm having the hardest time changing my clothes.

What a terrible workout. You'll never get anything good out of that, just muscle pains for a week or 2.

Well see this, I didn't have time to hit the gym so I was using my brothers puny 10lb weights. So I was like "These aren't going to be very effective, might as well do a bunch"

and if you're able to do 100 reps with your weight, you're doing way too light of a weight
