Regarding Mount Cancelling

Hey everyone, so I just hit 4th job (wooh) and I was wondering what mount cancelling actually did. I've seen a few people talking about it and I'm guessing it's where you Bucc Blast > Mount > Mount > Bucc Blast, but what's the point? Seemed a lot slower to me when I tried it, having to mount and dismount, or maybe I'm not doing it properly? Any advice?

@ashje: I double tap the mount hotkey but you need to use your eyes and sense of timing properly to get the most out of it.

@FalzSky: Damn, that's a shame, I can't quite get the hang of it.

At some point mounts could be macro'd...unfortunately, I don't think that's possible anymore...

It removes lag between the Bucc Blasts.
It really isn't much of a difference, unless you are really good with it.
