How can i make myself less sleep needy ?
lately i just fall asleep at 11:00 PM, i used to be able to stay awake until 2~5:00 AM.
now at 11:00PM i can BARELY keep my eyes open.
( atm i sleep from 11:00PM-7:00AM)
how can i fix this?

Whut. You want to stay up to watch TV?
You're a growing young lady. And young lady's need their sleep. When you were even younger, your body disnt need as much sleep. As you near your teens, thats when you need more sleep.
Just like everything, do it in small steps. Sleep 10 minutes later than normal. Eventually you will be sleeping at 1am. That's what I did. And helped me a lot when I needed to do my homework.
You should take a sip of 5 hour energy. I have 2 bottles of it in my locker and Ive been on the same bottle for a couple weeks.
Im 13 btw i tried stayin up but i always fall asleep at around 11 >.<

I wish I could fall asleep at 11 Lately I've been trying harder to go to bed early, but my body just refuses to go to sleep any earlier than 1-2 a.m. On weekends its okay (I usually go to sleep at like 5 in the morning then), but during the week its a pain in the butt.

Stay up all night long.
Next day you'll be tired, but you must stay awake.
Then go to sleep at your desired bedtime. Wake up at your desired wakeup time. If you wake up before you want to, [i]stay[/i] in bed and close your eyes and try to fall back asleep.
Make sure to keep all bright screens out of your room, don't drink caffeinated drinks 4 hours before sleeping. Make sure to keep your sleep schedule, don't stay up too late.

Do you need to stay awake though? It's nice to get plenty of sleep and it's better for your health and body.

Take a nap at 7pm or something. Nap for 30mins~1 hour. You'll sleep again later.
