You're probably dexless so..
Czak - 45 dex, 20 luk - 15% luk - 2~3B
CHTP/HTP - 42 or 22 dex - 12~15% luk - 5B, 1.5~2B respectively
Craven - Preferably 100+ attack - 30% boss+, %PDF - 1.5~2B
Top & Bottom - 20 luk for both - 12% - 2B for both
Cape - Any would do with %luk - 15% is about 1.5B

Duped Equips: Although many condone this, they're really cheap right now; if you have unlimited resources, I'd say go for it
38 attack violet snowshoes - 10k - 600m
20/21 attack gold emerald earrings - 9~10k - 600m
30 attack raccoon mask - 15K - 1B

If base stats, you should go with raven horn chaser equips as they have sexy base stats(like the hat i'm wearing) and when combined with gm scrolls they're almost broken. Dun go for overall tho as you lose another set of potential stats and these can easily be found in the fm.
