To Roll Back or not to Roll Back
Will there be a rollback, or what?
The condition of the MTS has been chaotic due to the exploitation of crashes a few days ago.
Many players are stating that there will be a roll back.
In result, I haven't the chance to really do anything on MS because of a possible Roll back,
which would end up wasting a lot of time.
So will there be a Rollback, or what?

There will not be a rollback. However, I would benefit largely if MapleStory was rolled back to Feb 6, 2012; the day I got hacked.
I dont think its the hacked weapons, people duped secret spell scrolls and were selling them 10k nx for 100 SSS which is 10k nx for 1b.

I don't think they'll leave until this game shuts down.
They dont need a rollback. they just need to patch the haxed weapons ^_^
I almost bought nx yesterday, and since i was buying valentine stuff for my gf I was there today, but I dont want to lose it in a RB

I don't know if a rollback will help, seeing as the hackers will just keep going at this game until they break it and leave all the legitimate players in the dust. It's really quite depressing
No one knows if there will be a rollback or not. You're not the only one who hasn't the touched the game because Nexon hasn't announced anything.
If you're afraid of a rollback, don't play until some sort of announcement is made. They'll definitely make one for the scheduled server maintenance and then you can decide whether you want to play.
i personally would love a rollback, my eligos bloody rod recipe failed. 5hours of pvp + 60m gone.
but i dont think nexon will actually rollback, because
1. they just had a rollback recently
2. they only rollback when the problem gets really out of hand, in this case they could probably delete all the duped items in a sc
3. nexon is stingy and doesnt want to give out more maple points and 3x exp
Take it from me, a player who is actually not stupid. There will be SOME sort of rollback, it's just a matter of when Nexon starts working.
i dont know all i know is the% of crashes were isolated to certain worlds
i know demethos hasn't crashed at all as the mushy shops are still in same spots and i have managed to hold a fm1ch1 spot for a few days
roll back would indeed hert me well... not really all i did in past few days manage to waste all my mesos.... fail scroll 60% 4 maple claws(lv35) fuse them to fail scroll them agien make a pair of 12att green mittens and make a pair of 10att work gloves and if they ever sell i will brake even
