Dual Blades and Decent Si
Are dual blades affected by Decent SI? This is something I've been wondering for a while and I don't know if it's worth trying to get it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can get faster asura as far as i know

As far as I know, Dual Blades already hit the speed cap with Katara Booster so I would say no.
No, DB's hit the speed cap with Booster. If you use an Extreme Green Potion though, you can stack additional Attack Speed buffs like Self-SI.
