No you won't. You probably don't have a high enough range because your luk is low apparent by your low avoid. It's probably around 1500, so I'd guess your range is around 30k, which isn't enough to beat it.
i went at lv 130ish, but i had max my essential dodge/avoid skills

I don't think you'll survive mainly because seduce + 1/1
Also, I don't think your avoid is high enough to dodge all of his hits so combined with ^ will probably kill you
Way back from my chaos zak runs, I believe you needed 8.5k hp or something, but then again it could have changed. And the fact that you're a db, you will probably be able to dodge a lot of the attacks... but when it seduces that may be a problem, because you can't pot and you may have been 1/1'd.
