The hair on your avatar is very very common, I see it so often. It was the default hair if you copied the stript for Ultimate Explorer exploit, I remember seeing it so much and still do. Especially from those who leveled those exploited characters, of course male.

I think it might be % of your attack range. Not 100% sure though.
I read that %atk is based off your combined attack.
I'm guessing it works something like this:
If you had a total of 100 attack from your weapon and armor, 3% attack would give you 103 attack in total, so you gained 3 attack. I could be wrong though o.o
His hair is Wild Tangles IIRC. And yeah %attack affects the total attack from all of your equips.
Yeah, @daeyun is right. It's the % of all the w.atk you have.
Also @daeyun, what hairstyle is that? I looked on here but I can't seem to find it.
I thought it was atk range cuz it almost raised my range by wat I expected it to, but I found out that it's just for the total(?) w.atk that u hav. Correct me if i'm wrong.
