Three is the maximum
When can i make more than just 3 characters...
Whenever i try and create a new character, it says that i cannot make any more characters.
On my friends account, he has over 7 characters.... I wanna make more characters.
Anyone have any idea on when i can make more characters or how i can make more characters on my account?

Doubt that, they didn't give us when WH and BaM were released. Just like what happened with Pirates: yet they were Adventurers, no free slot was given.

If your account was made before Jul 29 2009 you have 7 slots if you have at least 1 character in that server.
If your account was made before Dec 10 2009 you have 6 slots if you have at least 1 character in that server.
If your account was made before Mar 31 2010 you have 5 slots if you have at least 1 character in that server.
If your account was made before Jul 14 2010 you have 4 slots if you have at least 1 character in that server.
Max is 15
You only get free character slots if your account is old enough.
