Account ban
Hi all,
I've been away from maple for a few days and when I came back today to login, I get the error message which says: "Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third-party programs. This ID has been permanently blocked. You will no longer be able to use this account.".
Every account I try to log into all give the same error. Has anyone experienced something similar recently?

For the last 3 comments, I haven't been using a hack so I can't stop doing what I did/ get a better hack unless using remote desktop on a computer to open 2 maple's is counted as hacking?

There was a ban wave a few days ago. Any account that was made after the previous ban wave was investigated and wiped. Stop hacking buddy.
@jrealdeal: yeah haha, fair enough. i get IP blocked a lot playing from EU and all so i would know xD
Btw error message i get says that either
1:the game world is down for maintenance
2:you are accessing the game from a banned IP
2:your internet connection is unstable
OT: Best advice is to send a ticket, i actually had a similar issue a few months ago, actually got a response with 48 hours >.<
Should've posted this on the other forum. You must be new when it comes to the kind of things that are talked about on those forums instead. Like there's a spoonfeeding guide there but it seems you need it jammed down your throat instead.
@juxos: Ah i see. Stuff like this has never happened to me, so I don't really know.
@jrealdeal: No, if you were IP banned you would see the same message as if you tried to launch the game when there is a maintenance.
Its not an Error message.
Could be a message in error tho. Sound like you've been IP banned if all your account are locked up. If you aren't a botter/hacker, I wish you the best on retrieving your account.

send a ticket to nexin and ask them if this was a mistake then weep about it when they break the news that it wasn't.
