Unique potential scrolls can be applied to anything. Secondary weapons, especially those for unpopular classes, have a much smaller market. In Bera a leg secondary for an unpopular class is worth around 3-4 B.
I would just drop a few cubes on it to aim for something nice. Even one 12%atk line would boost the price up from crappy stats. & who knows, maybe you'll get 12% atk, 9% atk, 9%atk in one cube, lol.
Given how mesos have more or less become worth half of what they were worth over the summer, about 6-8bilish in Broa.
Phantom and Cygnus ones are really expensive and because the sellers with legendary items are often people who already invest so much NX in the game, and probably want to make as much money as possible you'll probably have to negotiate hard for 3B or 4B.
