Meh. Glad I got lucky with all the 25% nebs I'll ever need a bit back. I got 7-8 saved up for future chars. One of the few times I got lucky buying items ahead of time...normally Nexon does an event that floods the market with whatever item right after I stock up on it. lol.

last time i saw one was selling for 2b, but when the 90% pink scrolls came they suddenly dissapeared
I have 1 ppl told me its only 2b
There hasn't been any 25% ones in the market lately
20% is worth more than 1.2b
25% is much more, not sure exactly though but it's at least double for the extra 5%
