Help asian sizeshirts

Hello! I need help with asian sizes.. I heard that it is different compared to US sizes.

If I am US size small what about in malaysian size?

I want to buy a jersey in an online store and I just want to make sure I get the right one! Thanks!

And to make sure.. could someone please translate to me what each column means? ;o

I got a sweater from Korea and their large is a medium. For guys at least.

second number column: waist
third number column: bust
units are in cm

their o represents xlarge
xo represents xxlarge and so forth
