Do you guys think that this guy is riping me off?
I wanted to trade my 15% luk 10 dex scrolled cape for his 15% str cape. The problem is he wants me to add mesos O-o (he didnt say anything on how much) And now, he wants me to just pay him pure mesos! I asked him how much and he said, 4b. SO i was like aksnfklabsfabs O-o is he ripping me off or what? T.T are 15% str capes really 4b? or just any stats 15% capes >:o please help me?

yea thats what I told him.. But he just won't coz he said he got it for 4b O-o and I also noticed price deflating

No they are not 4b.
15% str capes are around 2.5-3b. For some reason in Windia, 15% luk and 15% str capes I've seen sold for max mesos (cheap in my opinion)
They are about equal in value. Only go for a straight up trade or no trade at all.
