Should I Ap reset my Mm or bish
OR both? My MM has a secondary str as 63, my bish has secondary luk as 84. Most of my chars are strless, lukless, or w/e. I don't really play my bish, it's a mule now, but a free ap reset won't hurt anything.

Use it on the MM, if you already treat the bishop as a mule it might as well stay that way : /
I wouldn't spend the 50 coins/use the Hot Time reset on the Bishop. It's a mule, after all.
Your Marksman should definitely reset, though (unless you have very few strength equips and are using a Reverse/VL/Empress Crossbow).
i'd say your marksman, since you hardly play your bishop, also 63 str is pretty high
