On Phantoms if i use the "loadout" skill it takes me to the equip screen than the loadout screen, does anyone know how to fix this?

On Phantoms if i use the "loadout" skill it takes me to the equip screen than the loadout screen, does anyone know how to fix this?

Steal a skill and loadup will pop up.
