You could spin whenever, but I wouldn't use the coupons till later. I.e. if you want to save 2x exp coupons, your 2x exp coupon might turn out to be an anvil that you buy right now instead, or if you want to use an anvil, it could give you a useless 2x exp coupon (Like on my wind archer >.&gt
