@akatsuki0826 ..oh well im sure storm 3 has all the characters you just named.
and just the fact that storm3 has the jinchuriki and awakening makes it better than generations

1. when you say lack of playable characters, who specifically do you mean because as long as the kage are playable, i dont think we need the re-animated versions,. and i only know of the 3 of the swordsman.~zabuza~kisame~(and the lightning guy from a filler episode in "naruto&quot? > i was kinda upset the sound ninja 4 were not playable, only kimimaro(still happy for him)

2. i dont read the manga, i follow the episodes online. > how did the the battle actually happen. (i seen in youtube how storm3 did it) but what really happened?

3.i seen a walkthrough.and i now know how the game starts..(minato vs tobi and village vs 9tails)
does storm 3 start narutos story from the beginning.. and when i say beginning, i mean naruto vs haku
id love to follow the story line up to the end. that makes the game worth while <3

lol at napoleon sasuke

so generations has more characters that storm3 but less content.?
because i love that storm3 has the jinchuriki and that sweet ass awakening system
but the more characters the better..
also im doubting generations had the jinchuriki and awakening system fo them (CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG)

and what aspects from storm 3 didnt you like
I'm not sure about the exact number of characters and who has more. Generations has a lot, but like I said, they were mostly younger versions of already existing characters. Young Rookie 9, young Kakashi, young Obito, I think young Sand Siblings, but I'm not so sure. Generations did not have all 9 Jinchuuriki nor instant awakening, that was introduced in Storm 3. I didn't like how they did the Madara vs 5 Kages fight in the story for Storm 3, manga readers would know it was quite inaccurate to how the battle actually happened. What I was most disappointed by though, was a lack of certain characters being playable. Most notably, the reanimated Kages and the 7 Swordsmen of the Mist. THEN, Cyberconnect 2 released costume DLCs instead of character DLCs. Among those include Pirate Naruto and Napolean Sasuke. Seriously? NAPOLEON SASUKE?
Generations was known to most players as Ninja Storm 2 and a half. It wasn't a true sequel to Ninja Storm 2, they had released it really just to buy time and keep players occupied until Storm 3. Storm 3 picks off where Storm 2 left off, going into the 5 Kage summit and the 4th Shinobi war. It features the same free roam and cinematic quick time events from Storm 2, where Generations was just a slide show of certain story elements for which ever character you're playing, then a battle. Generations barely went into the story for each of the characters as well, it was a very quick summary of the characters. The only difference in the character roster for each game is that Generations features more of the pre-Shippuuden characters, most of them being young versions of already existing characters, while Storm 3 adds a lot of new characters that appeared during the war. Storm 3, being the latest title, has the same mechanics as Generations, like the substitution bar, as well as new mechanics like instant awakening, ultimate jutsu finish, new support options, among others. Overall, I'd say Storm 3 is better than Generations, though I was heavily disappointed by some aspects of Storm 3.
