The change didn't get on the patch notes, but as of the v157 update, Heaven's Door works as intended again.

I don't think it'd be worth an unscheduled maintenance to get that fixed. So they have all the time til the next patch cycle to figure something out.

The more people complain, the more likely they'll tell you it's getting done. They'll get things done at their own rate. (After all, what can lowly peons do? The GM fella on twitter is little more than a puppet.)
