Yea, mine is definitely bugged. I have the ancient dragon wing scale and cant turn it in to the NPC. Waste of 50 mil unless they fix it. >.<

Mount Soaring Skill, the one required to fly on a Mount. The one you are talking about is for your character.

It's a glitch where they can't get the soaring mount skills.
The dragon and pegasus have become too common lately so I'm glad that they can't get the soaring skill.
Otherwise you'd see everyone flying around the map with dragon or pegasus

The Quest got glitched or something after one of the patches. People who already did the quest before the glitch, they are fine, the skill works.

The quest for the skill has been known to be bugged/glitched.
I also sent a ticket, no response.

Mine works also? Mot sure what your talking about. Is this a glitch only on a certain mount?
