How to make a yahoo account without a cellphone number?
I've been wanting to make a yahoo account (mostly for the yahoo answers) but when I try to sign up it says a phone number is required. I know for emails and youtube at least a while ago, that a cell number was optional but I can't seem to get around this on yahoo.com. Anyone know if there is a way around it? I don't even have a cell phone so I don't know how I can sign up.

Ask a friend or family member.
send a ticket or make a thread on the forums (assuming that they have these)
get someone to do it for you.
find some kind of web based texting program and make an account and use that.
